Here are Americans' favorite Christmas and holiday movies, according to a new Axios/SurveyMonkey poll:
- It's a Wonderful Life (14%)
 - A Christmas Story (12%)
 - Home Alone (11%)
 - National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (11%)
 - How the Grinch Stole Christmas (10%)
 - Elf (9%)
 - Miracle on 34th Street (7%)
 - A Charlie Brown Christmas (7%)
 - Die Hard (5%)
 - Love Actually (3%)
 
Results vary significantly by age. Millennials age 18-34 are more likely than older adults to single out Home Alone (19%), How the Grinch Stole Christmas (17%), or Elf (14%) as their favorite. Just 3% of these younger Americans pick Miracle on 34th Street, compared with 15% of those 65 and older.
